We’re giving away £20,000 of our time to support women’s sport in the UK.


We have teamed up with sports consultancies Frisson Creative and WH Sports as well as two-time Olympic gold medallist, Victoria Pendleton to provide £20,000 of consultancy to one lucky winner.

The prize will consist of:

  • A kick-off session to explore your story and fine-tune your messaging
  • Proactive media relations outreach
  • The creation of a 60-second promotional video
  • Media training session
  • Mentoring session with Victoria Pendleton
  • Social media workshop by Frisson Creative
  • Sponsorship consultancy introduction and proposal development guidance by WH Sports

Entry criteria

If you play women’s sport in the UK, you can apply. We want to hear from individuals, teams and organisations who have a great story to tell and just need help telling it.

Amateur or professional, individual or team – this is open to all.

A shortlist will be chosen by a panel consisting of representatives from the agencies involved by 31st January 2021. They will then be interviewed and the final winner will be announced by the end of February. The activity will then start in March 2021.

The winner will enter into a six-month contract with Performance Communications from March 2021.

Performance Communications is a communications agency fuelled by its team’s passion for Sports, Automotive and Technology.

Through its 18-year history the agency has worked across almost every sport, both leveraging brands’ partnerships with individuals, teams, competitions and governing bodies and working on behalf of rights holders to increase their marketability through innovative promotional campaigns.

Frisson Creative

Frisson Creative specialises in social content, design, influencer campaigns and community management for live sporting events, brands and rights holders. Clients to date have included The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, Nissan, Crystal Palace F.C, Newbury Racecourse, St Andrews The Home of Golf and Oddschecker.

Founded in 2017, the agency also owns cricket social media brand, Crickshouts, and operates one of the biggest football social influencer networks in Europe.

WH Sports

WH Sports is a sponsorship and athlete management consultancy.

Its sponsorship consultancy team works with companies to find ways in which they can achieve marketing and business development goals through sport and ultimately achieve growth using this platform.

WH Sports also works with rights holders to create and utilise aspects of their business that command commercial value, allowing it to source and introduce appropriate brands that will complement and profit from an association with its clients.
